- Tertiary Qualification in Engineering (B-Tech , B-Eng).
Experience and Skills Requirements
- 3 – 5 years relevant Mining and or Processing experience
- On Key experience would be advantageous
- Computer literate in MS Office, with a demonstrated proficiency in the use of Word, Power Point, Excel and Project Management Software
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management/Coordination,Plant Optimisation, Commissioning, Asset Care, Reliability Engineering etc. would be advantageous.
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies, and/or operations and process improvement initiatives would be an advantage.
- Experience in data analysis and analytics would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Risk, Health, Safety and Environmental Management as relevant to Mining and or Processing Operations
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage team members, clients and project stakeholders.
- English Language Proficiency
- Willingness and ability to travel and work with clients based in different time zones
- Valid Driver’s License
